I need help to work with a Gantt Box Chart

On the top of the chart are the numbers (for the vertical gridlines) for project plans. The numbers are 10 to 2010 (left to right). (There is a vertical gridline for every 100th number).

Here is my problem: I would like to make the vertical gridline numbers are 4010 to 2010 (left to right) WITHOUT changing the appearance of the chart and I don't know how.
I would also like to insert a vertical gridline with a data value on it, at a specific point.

Can anybody help me?????
Thanks!

P.S. See the attached file.

Hi Tom,

It's not clear to me what you want. 4010 AD or BC? Or a flat 2000 year shift? If you want a flat shift, what about the data? The request of the specific point data-value isn't clear to me neither.

What about checking the box "values in reverse order" as an option in Format Axis? Is that what you're looking for?

Hi Tom,

I want 4010 BC to 2010 BC.
How would I do it, if it would be a flat 2000 year shift?
See the attached file about the inserted vertical line at a specific point with a data value on it.

Just throwing in an idea...

Basically 4010 BC is the same as a negative 4010.
So for Adam you could use the following numbers to get your bar you want: -2342; -1; -727; -930
