I need Assistance to display information and copy to clipboard.

Hello. I have made just a simple form. It is just to enter simple data into a sheet. The form will enter the information and that information will be displayed in the Textbox1. All the process is done perfectly, However, the way that it is displayed, that not fit my need. Is there a way to make Textbox1 display the final data in the format shown in the attached Image2?

I am attaching the image for you to have a better idea.
