HR Dashboards

Hi All,


I am a MIS Analyst in HR. I have seen lots of Finance or numbers driven dashboards but does anyone know of any Human Resources based dashboard examples.


Things like headcount, turnover, hires, etc?

What does your department and management want?

No point spending hours collecting data and setting up systems if they don't want it.

Spend time with them and ascertain different requirements at different management levels

What do you already collect?

What do you/they budget?

How often do they want/need a report?

Those are the general starting questions
