HR Dashboard

I would like to send a monthly dashboard on Human Resources & Administration. The dashboard will have information on ;


(current month & YTD)


1. Head Count

2 monthly addition (No. of employees joined)

3. Attrition for the month & YTD

4. Exit Analysis (reason specific / period of service / etc)

5. People cost

6. Employee Ageing analysis

7. Employee confirmation

8. Expenses report


The list is not exhaustive.


it would be really interesting to see a dashboard has option to drill down to location specific / cost centre specific, etc.


If anybody worked this kinda dashboard, request to share the same.
