Hi

I have been tasked with creating a monthly hr dashboard from the attached.

I am not particularly experienced on the creation of dashboard and wondered if anyone can help me to create a nice dashboard from this whereby I can just collect the data and drop and update to present a professional looking dashboard.

The document I need to present needs to be in the most readable format so .xls

Where there are month/year fields on the reports this is because I need to present that data on a monthly/year basis.

Hi All

The report needs to be a dashboard that will present the following, its looking by headcount numbers by time period (months) and its looking at diversity so headcount by age, gender, disability.

The report is also looking at transfers and promotions by headcount.

...

- Leavers by month

· Overall numbers

- Headcount plus age by month

- Starters by month

- Promotions / internal transfers by month

- Gender

- Disability
