How to verify that each entry in Column A, which has a text value

I have two columns:

Column A

Column B

Column A has texts: such as "visit"

I need to make sure that each cell has a visit text in column A, has a date associated with it in column B.

How can I do it?

How about a simple Conditional Format of Column B

Select B2:Bxxx where xxx is the Row of the end of your data or beyond

=$A2<>""

Apply a format
