How to summarize data in different worksheets

Hi Chandoo group,

Please help me, I'm trying to summarize the worksheet by doing copy paste. But it takes time to do it. I would like to ask aside from copy paste is there fastest way to do it?
The worksheet is like a purchase orders which have different supplier and different items.

Hi Hui,

My objective is to have detailed receiving report based on the Purchase order created. If the stock is received it will marked delivered.
I'm hoping that I could extract only items that was received.
