How to skip over a shape (picture) within a loop

Hi!

I have a column of photos (1 in each row) that is imported from a folder.
I will be manually assigning files names for the ones I want to export as a thumbnail.

The code for the above action is already created and working.....

I want to be able to loop though the column of photos, look for the new file name in a different column, then export that photo.
If no new file name is listed (If I didn't need the photo after all), skip that shape and move to the next shape (photo).

Is this doable? Thank you!

An attachment thumbed down to a reasonable size but with sufficient data would be a tremendous help.
The code you mention in your post should be included of course.
