How to set Excel default to "all borders"

I've looked, maybe not hard enough, but is there a way to set the default for the Borders button to: All borders instead of Bottom Line?

Hi, to all!

Maybe another option is put "All Borders" in Quick Access Toolbar (QAT). For doing this, just make a right click and add the option in QAT. The alt shortcut for it depends on the position and how many options do you have in this Toolbar (generally a number). You can change the position in Excel Options, QAT, and customize. Blessings!

Thank you both! I'm going to try both methods and see which is the most quick to access. Maybe I'll do both! ;)
