How to renumber, filter and copy data to another sheet

Hi,

I need your help please...

Using Forecast sheet, I want to filter column AA (Status) based on column Z (Month Bill Date) then re-number the filtered data (result of column BG) and copy them into another sheet (JAN)

Sample: column Z = Jan-15
column AA = Churn

Data that should be copied to JAN sheet:



I have attached my file for you to better understand what I am talking about.
