How to open right click menu of a sheet tab without using mouse

Its nice to see that there are other people as well who are so much crazy about MS Excel......


Guys will anyone be able to tell me how can I open the right click menu that appears on a sheet tab without using the right click button of mouse........is there any keyboard shortcut for it........

Press the Menu Button which is located between the Alt and Ctrl keys on the Right Side of the Space Bar.

But this requires that i first activate the horizontal bar showing sheet tabs and then the menu button would work....is there any way to activate the sheet tab bar through keyboard.....???
