How to link more than two excel sheets belonging to different workbooks

Dear All Excel Maestros!!!

my department has two different sheets located in two different systems which are updated by two different people.I have a master sheet in my system which has to be linked to these to sheet so that my sheet gets updated with every updation of the individual sheets.

Could you please upload your master sheet, See.. i am not master in excel but i have faced this type of task, so i can try my best..


And, there are many excel master(ninja) in this forum. They will also reply you..

hi,


assuming that those 2 individual file names never changed, we called them file A & B, while your own file called file C.


now make 1 folder in your computer, then copy A & B there, then open A & B from that folder, open C as well.. then in C you can write any formula that you get from folder A & B.


now if A & B is update by those other guy...just copy again the newest update to your folder and choose replace, when you open then file C.. there will be a pop up but then choose update so it will update the old value


this is what i'm doing and it work perfect.
