How to Import data from a shared location

Hi, someone please suggest me how to import the data from a bunch of file saved on a web based shared location. I just want the data in the file on one particular sheet to be imported to my workbook just by doing a refresh data. The file as are saved on a web based shared location and have only the web link which will open on a browser and will show up the files uploaded by users and i need to open each file and copy paste the data. The browsers will allow me to either open the file as an excel file or on excel viewer. Please share your expertise.

Open your file and then open the file you want to import

Right click on the Tab you want to move

Move or Copy

Select your Destination file

Select the location you want to move the file to

Select Create a Copy

Apply
