how to graph the column chart and % change chart on same graph

Hello Guys,
I need someone show me the steps to draw 2 charts on the same graph
DB/PS is a column chart. and % Var is line chart
I am using excel 2013 I tried a few times but could not get the %chart on secondary axis. Dont know why

Here is the data

Year 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016
DB/PS 212 38 143 79 36
%Var 0.00% -82.08% 276.32% -44.76% -54.43%
