How to get the count of unique row labels in Pivot Table

Hi All,

I have an excel sheet with data in Column A, B and C. I applied pivot tables - Column C and A in Row Labels and Column B in Values field.
The data I got by applying Pivot table was showing the count of the columns. But what I want is, I want the count of unique values of column A. I have shown the example and explained it in the attached excel sheet. Please help me here.

In simple words, I want to get the count of column A in pivot.
