How to get Right 3 number after decimal

Hi All,

I have data in A2:A15922 in 3 decimal format and I want last 3 digit after decimal but when number ending with zero Output showing e.g 120 its showing .12 all other showing correct.

Note last 3 decimal number is from 001 to 999.

try this..

=RIGHT(TEXT(A1,".000"),3)

It may be my EU XL but if i type in 0.100 or 0.120 and set cell format to Number and 3 Decimals Places, i get
0.100 and 0.120.
Alternativelly try Custom and 0.000
