How to get rid of decimal places in this Spreadsheet

Looking for help with this formula. It forms a minute part of a lengthy spreadsheet which is compiled monthly.
My difficulty was
A. to have two outcomes in one cell. I have overcome that.
The answer 435 and the percentage are separated by a forward slash intentionally. The percentage answer has a percentage symbol at the end which I want.
My problem is that I don’t want any decimal places and for the life of me I cannot get rid. Any HELP appreciated.

There is no need to close threads even if the question is answered

We don't close threads for a few reasons being:

1. A new user may come along with a different, simpler or novel solution which he wants to add to the thread, this may benefit the OP and any body else with a similar problem; or

2. Somebody else may get help from the posted solution and wish to thank you for the solution

We generally only close threads when

1. The thread contains inappropriate content; and in this case the OP is also removed as a user.

2. The thread contains information that shouldn't have been posted eg: Personal data or corporate information.

If the original poster wants we could addd the words [Solved] to the threads title
