How to get multiple columns name in one row field in pivot

I have multiple column in my raw data where I have
IndexerI
IndexerII
Manager

I want all names falling in above columns in on row in pivot and respective counts of these columns month wise
Is there any solution can we have in pivot or should there be any other way
Please help

Hi Ratan,

Did you try moving the "Values" from Column Labels to Row Labels in the FieldList?

If I understand what you are looking, this could do the trick.

If you are trying to make the Pivot chart on Sheet4 look like the Sample Sheet on Sheet2 then just remove the Manager from ROWS. I have attached that fix if that is what you are trying to achieve.
