I want to freeze some cells.. it is 10 x 10 cells approx.

It is on same worksheet.. which has some other data also.. and also freezed it's 2nd row..

If i pan other data.. then 10x10 cells should stays as it is... it should not pan with other data..

Hope so i explain here good..

Uploading a sample sheet may be a good idea

Hi bhasoriya

i don't think it is possible that you select a region of lets say 10 x 10 grid, keep that static while other move. However you can do it with a trick:

1. Place this 10 x 10 grid above the "Other data", to the right side of the data, so that there is no row and no column that overlaps both tables. e.g. if your 10 x 10 grid spans from A1:J10, start the other table from K11 onward/downward.

2. Select cell that is 11 x 11 according to your grid, that is one row below and one column to the right of the table (for example it would be K11 in our discussed case).

3. Now "Freeze Pan".

The grid will remain at its place while other data table will keep moving. If you want for the other table that its header row stays in place, adjust table so that one last row overlaps for the table (the last row of grid, and header row of table). and repeat the process.

Hi Bhasoriya ,

I can only repeat what I have mentioned there :

Click on View -> New Window.

Click on Arrange All. Select Vertical. Check the Windows of active workbook checkbox.

Click on the left window , bring the area you want to always remain on the screen into view , and then Freeze Panes.

Click on the right window , and scroll wherever you want.

The left window will always remain in view.
