HOW TO FREEZE ROW AND COLUMN AT A TIME

Do you mean Freeze as in Stop Movement or Lock


Select the upper Right Corner

Goto View, Freeze Panes, Freeze Panes


to Lock

Select Row and Column

Right Click

Format Cells

Protection

Tick locked


Then goto Review tab, Protect Sheet
