I take the papers from the client for bank govt subsidy loan application filing purposes..
How do we find out what papers we have taken from them and what papers are still due?

We have written the list of papers taken, papers taken by first letter code word.
If you enter that word, a tick mark will appear, if not, the mark will be blank.
How to write a formula for this.
