How to do Conditional formatting in Column Charts?

In this I need to highlight (chart as dark red) bottom three values of margin.

But i already go through these links before posting the same, actually this is a dummy report i just prepared this for posting in our forum only, but in may actual data the margin's range should varying widely so we cannot predict every week, can you please check the sample data i uploaded, in it i need only last three bottom values as in red color.


is there any other solution?

Hi Sreekhosh ,


I think the principle is that if you want to conditionally format two sections of the chart , you use two series , so that one series will have one color , and the other series will have another color.


Do you want this changed format only for the margin series , or do you want this to be done for all the series ?
