How to Design New Report

Hi All,


Please suggest what should be in mind to Design the Sales Monitoring system.


Hierarchy wise...

Yearly Target for Regional Manager and What is the plan to achieve the Target

then Sales Supervisor Target then Salesmen Target.


Regional Manager Reporting to GM

Sales Supervisor Reporting to RM

Salesmen Reporting to Sales Supervisor...


Please help to design this report.

Hi Pavi ,


The first step in designing a report is to see what data you have ; unless you have the requisite data , from where can the report emerge ? List down the information ( preferably quantitative i.e. numbers ) that is available with you , or which you can get from other sources.

Actually still not confirm that I will use my data for report or Respective RM's will send the data that's why i will not decided what to do but my GM ask me the format how can we publish the report.


That's the reason I ask suggestion from expert like you and all Ninja's...
