How to cut-paste a row to another workbook if changing color of background of it

Hello, can someone explain to me if it is possible to have a formula, macro, etc... that makes the function of cutting, then pasting a row in another worksheet, whenever i change it of background color in the main worksheet...
ex; in excel i have a database of guests checking in and out, i change all the time the background color of the check out guests, what i would like is once i do that they go to another worksheet that is named checkout guests, and remove them from my main workbook....

Please see this post. Consider adding a column with True in it, the code should work.
