how to creat dynamic table

how can we create a dynamic table linked to another table on other sheet?? i.e. when a new row is inserted in the first table/or data is entered, the 2nd table automatically updates
 
Can you explain the application and why you need to duplicate the data?
 
hi Hui.

the application is excel 2007. and duplication of the data is to generate different reports differing only in data flow. i mean if the date is in the first column of the first table, the same might be the 3rd, 4rth column of the 2nd table.

that is why duplication of the data
