How to count the values based on matching two columns using criteria

Dear Sir / Mam,

I have an excel sheet mentioning the firm (B1), Branches (C1), Amount credited in bank(D1), Debit(E1) and bank balance (F1). I would like to know the result of a particular firms (ANSA Trades) branches which has not withdrawn any money in (I3).
