how to count "in" values

Dear Faseeh,
that formula i know, but on row one contain " in - out" and row two contain "values" i need to count values how are in front of "in"
 
Ok Try this:

=SUMPRODUCT((A1:H1="IN")*(ISBLANK(A2:H2)=FALSE)*1)

It will count non-blank cells under "in"
