Can anyone help me with how to check duplicate data in 4 different column,

as per my guess is correct, you can use the Conditional format for highlight the duplicate data in particular Columns

Please Follow the steps

1. Select the data

2. Select the Conditional Format in Home Tab under Style

3. Select the New Rule

4. Select the Format only unique or duplicate value

5. Select the Format button and set the fill color as your

6. Now press the Ok and Apply button
