How to Change from Text to Numbers.

I have an Numberic value. When I checked it shows that is Text,
I tried to change in Text to Columns and some other formual way but not able to change it as number.

Can anybody here help how to be change that Text value to Number one.
 
It is not apparing the function in the left side of the cell.

I just copy and pasted and another location and same it is not coming the fucttion at there....
 
Select a blank cell, copy it, select the cells with text you want to convert to numbers, right-click, paste special, choose Add, OK.
