How to capture/record Excel animations.

Hello everyone. This my first post in Chandoo And I hope anyone can help me.

We frequently see in Chandoo's posts some little excel animations that show us how a formula works or how other useful information is visually transformed. Can anyone teach me how to capture/record them in order to be able use them in spreadsheets or even on another Office programs (like PowerPoint)??

I am really interested to learn this technique because I find it very useful when trying to explain some results by visually "transformation", and also of its flexibility to be pasted in office applications.

Chandoo & I both use Camtasia to capture screen animations and screen activities.
From that you can edit and save the results as animated GIF's or as any video format.
