How to capture computer activity via vb code

Hi All,


Can anyone help me over vb code to capture time duration of computer activity.


Eg:

-MS excel opened at 5:00 PM

-Notepad closed at 5:25 PM

-

-

- and so on

In older versions of outlook there used to be a Journal module which when enabled would display a timeline of file type usage so you could see what files and when they were opened

Thnx a lot Hui... I ws not aware bout the purpose of journal in outlook. Its a new dimension of thoughts to capture the activities.
