Hi, I have downloaded one of the sample dashboard where you have created time gauge with the help of doughnut and Pie chart, now in our work as far as the gauge comes down it means we are good, and the other way around as it goes up it means we are not performing well, but the the colors are not accordingly, I have attached the sample I want to change the Red Color in the attached dashboard with Green.

Surely, you've missed the attachment. Anyway, to format a series on a chart, one could select the chart, and click on the individual series using the cursor, and go to the format section on the ribbon tab, and select the format color.
