How to auto allocate cost center percentages distribution into a time sheet

It seems file is protected, is anything I need to do to test it?

You should test ... test ... test it with many combination of Off Hrs as well as with those Holidays.
After that, You could know - do it works as it should work.
There would be some more features, which would help You.
It's You - who knows - what do You need more or something different?

I just noticed that PDF's ...
That version had still some testing settings on ... that means no PDFs.
Test this version
- and remember to create PDF-folders as I've asked to do.

The only thing I was not able to figure out was entering names. I played with some of the hours and it seems it calculates the allocations.

Good notice ...
I've not tested everything after any modification.
I added [ Edit Names ] -button as below snapshot.
Click it to change 'mode' ... if backcolor is green then can do selection otherwise could modify eg names.
There could be more ... something like this.
