How to analyze cell phone usage

I don't remember exactly how i did it before but I have the lists of numbers that i call each month in excel along with the number of minutes each phone call lasted. I would like for a way to view the most called numbers in the list and the numbers in the list that i talked to the most, basically the ones that the most airtime was used and how much. Just something like that.

You could use an advanced filter and copy the unique phone numbers to a new location

Then write 2 formulas to count and sum the calls times from the original list.


You could similarilly take the data into a pivot table and then add 2 value fields Sum and Count

There is also a upcoming & outgoing call timing option to check the phone usage. By using this option you can easily analyze the usages of the phone. Its a very essy process.
