How do I format the height of all the cells in an excel page?


I have cut a large content out of a SQL Server database and I have pasted it into an Excel page. The data was moved without any problem. I would just like the cell height not to be so extreme. Please advise.

Select the rows containing your data

Hold the mouse cursor above the line between any 2 rows in the Row Headings

the Cursor will change from a Right Arrow to a Line with an Up/Down arrow

Click and drag to the required size

When you click it will show you the Height and it will change as you drag it up/down

Or select the row/rows and right click, select row height, input a desired height.
