Dear Chandoo Community,

Thank you so much in advance for your help.
Today, I have 1 problem.

I use this website to look for equation for 'curves'.
For example, I searched for pikachu curve.
https://www.wolframalpha.com/

And I get the attached image with equation.

I want to do similar thing using Excel Charts...

Is there any add-on for creating something like this on Excel...?

Thanking you in advance...

Excel charts have limited drawing capability.
The Scatter chart is the best chart to use for drawing as it simply plots lines connecting X,Y pairs of coordinates
You can plot multiple lines using a new series for each line
The lines can also be either straight or curved and can of course be any color or line type/thickness
Hence it is up to your imagination on how to best put data into such charts

The Pokemon you gave as an example is actually an X-Y Scatter chart but setup using Mathematica's parametric manipulation tools
It plots the lines from t = 0 to 52*Pi, and in doing this converts the parameters from polar to cartesian coordinates

An example that Dan Mayoh has posted in Excel is the Batman logo

Yes that is an Excel chart
and you can see how it is made in the attached file here:
It uses Named Formula for the charts coordinates
