i have a question

i wana a workbook that has a vb code for:
1- hide every things such as sheet tabs,formula bar,menu bar,Horizontal and vertical Scroll bars,and full screen the work book
2- hide resize icon on top
3-no one cant resize the window and access to menu bar and ....
you know that user can resize the window and access to menu bar!!!!!
4 user can not use Alt+F11 to reach VBA Code Sheet
finally i wanna a file that user just see the file with out every things and say wow , what a nice file . user should move between sheets with only hyperlinks that are in sheets.
