hi,how to insert column right ?by shortcut

i have a problem one of my friend have a shortcut of inserting a formula right side in excel .he is not using any vb code,could anyone help me solving this.
like if we insert a column it replaces current column right side and get new one on left of previous , but with that shortcut you can get that on right side by replacing current column by left
