Help with improving cluttered chart

Hi,

Right now, I see the attached chart is bit cluttered and flat and difficult to read the smaller values. I am not sure how to make the visualization better to read smaller values. I would like to show Transfer_Gen, Transfer_IN, Transfer_OUT as clustered bars and keep Total_Transfer as a line but I am open to any other better suggestions. Some suggestions on this would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

What is the point of the chart? For example, why is a transfer out value of a few thousand important relative to a transfer gen value in the millions?

You have monthly subtotals in the plot, they shouldn't be there.
