I may over complicating the issue, but I am having such a problem with getting my simple IF statement to work proper.
On tab LEAVE PROBABILITY, Leave Category should reflect the following:
If employee has 3 years or less, then he is Category 4. If he is 3-15 years, then he is Category 6. If he is 15 years or more, then he is Category 8.
My problem is that the helper column 'Years of Service' is fed by Tab 'Personal Data', column 'V'.
What is causing my result to not be calculated properly? I have checked formatting, and don't know what else to look at. Could you direct my eyes? Perhaps it is simpler than I thought, and my penchant for complexity has driven me to oversee the solution.
Thank you for helping.
