Help to copy data from one sheet to another according to date

As many times - no matter of those formats.
Those values matters and
those Your values are not valid.
Here is Your file ... but I could fill those dates as dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm ( Your is mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm )
If those do not look correct then edit those two values.
