Help required in formatting bar Chart on Excel.

Hi All,

I have to spread sheet to automatically update colors for Excel chart with the below criteria.


If the % is between 00 to 85 color fill should be red

If the % is between 86 and 95 color fill should be yellow

If the % is above 95 then color fill should be red.

Have tried to searching solution for the above and didn’t get it done.

Select the chart then select the Series
Look at the Range which will be highlighted

Then look at the Formulas in each range

You need a separate range for each color
the #N/A! error allows the Chart to simply skip the cell

follow the formulas back to the source data
