HELP PROBLEM WITH OPENING EXCEL FILES

Good day! The problem is the following! When opening any Excel files (no matter what size and no matter of the mesh open or locally with a computer) the first time the file opens fine! Then open or re-or new he just freezes and thinks for a long time! The patience to wait long enough so launch task Manager and see that EXCEL file,which is still in the process of opening, there are operatives from 150-200 MB. Complete this process and immediately after that the same process (just eats operatives 150 MB.) but the file starts immediately! And so with all the excel docks! + everything else slows down during operation then! Think for a long time any operation!
Already tired of looking for a reason! Help in the decision! 2 days killed it!

Any issues with the files on another pc ?

Can you remove Office and Re-install ?

In case of a workbook with code (.xlsm / .xlsb)
just save it as a normal workbook (without any code aka .xlsx) …
