Set appExcel = Excel.Application
appExcel.Visible = True
Set wbk = appExcel.Workbooks.Add
wbk.Worksheets.Add(After:=Worksheets(Worksheets.count)).Name = "Sheet4"
 
I think this starts a new workbook and adds an x+1 Worksheet to it
