Help in Data validation

All,

I required help in data validation whether we can convert range to table so that it will update dynamically from the attached sheet.

Region	Asia Ocania
Country	India	Drop down menu in D4 should reflect only countries related to Asia Ocania
City		Drop down menu in D5 should reflect only City pertaining to D4

@ Peter can we use country validation and City validation as drop down in the sheet "Sheet1"
