You need to specify how you wish to present the information in the first file Graph Query.xls ; there are 8 geographical regions , 6 product categories , and two units in which information can be presented viz. Units and $.
Do you want the graph to be interactive , so that the user can do any or all of the following ?
1. Select any one geographical region
2. Select any one product category
3. Toggle between the two units
In a way , the information in the second file Graph Query 2.xls is related to the information in the first file , and all of the information could have been in one file , since the information in Graph Query 2.xls is in absolute numbers , while the information in Graph Query.xls is in percentages.
