Hi

I was wondering if some one could please help with the attached;
A) I need a formula in column C to show the percentage range like in column G
B) I then need in Colum L a formulae that will work out the proption of hours based on the total hours and group them in the percentage ranges (similar to contents in table).

For QB you may want to explain what is required here as it is unclear?
also what happens with the negative values, because they will effect the totals?
