I've run into a small challange with a laptop running Windows Vista/Office 2007 Excel. In a spreadsheet I can use the <> functions anywhere, except in a function table.


My desktop computer running XP/Office 2007 will allow me to use the functions inside the table as well as outside the table.


Has anyone else had the same challange?

I've never come across that sort of incompatibility and so I suspect that something else is in play here


Can you post a sample of the formula you are trying to use in both cases?


Can you elaborate on what you call a "Function Table" ? I assume you mean a Data Table setup using the Insert Table menu
