Graphing 2013 Full Year, 2014 YTD, and 3 Months in Column Chart

Hi - I'm looking to use a simple column chart to graph 2013, 2014 YTD, and 3 Months. 3 columns. I'm having difficulty laying out the data to achieve this. Any assistance is helpful!

Put all the titles and data next to each other in a Row or Column from
Jan 13 - Dec 13, Jan 14 - Aug 14 and Sept 14 - Dec 14
24 Columns or Rows
Select it all and Insert, Chart, Column
