Graphical Dashboard

Hi Supriya,


So you don't have any physical Printer. Are you able to see the Graphs in bottom part of excel (A36 to M137)..if yes..

Still a blind shot..

* Can you please change your printer to some PDF or FAX.. Printer.. (go to ControlPanel

>> Device and Printer .. Right Click any other Printer (if available)..Set as Default Printer,

* After changing(and restarting) if still not worked.. Can you please kill DWM.exe from Task Manager..

* If still not solved then .. download any Remote Sharing Software (for exp.. AMMYY (search in Google) download and provide me ID (my mail ID is here.. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/78831150/Excel/MyMailId.xlsm ), As I think, problem is not with EXCEL, problem is somewhere else..

Go to Control Panel >> Device and Printer >>

If any other Printer available (PDF or FAX) select and set as Default Printer..
Click to expand...

Now Re-open the Excel File.. and check if Graphs are available.

* If Not resolved then, Can you please End Task DWM.exe from Task Manager.. Now Re-open the Excel File.. and check if Graphs are available.

* If Not resolved then, I would like to request you to Install any Remote Sharing Software(TeamViewer or AMMYY..) and Invite someone to check your PC..

When I downloaded the file myself , I faced the same problem !


I pressed PgUp and PgDn a few times , and then the problem disappeared.

Hi, all!

I don't know if this would help, but downloading both Debraj Roy and NARAYANK991's files from DropBox, I see 7 charts (1 selected from the other 6 down).

Just fyi I don't have any printer installed other than those of Win 7 & Office 2010 (Fax, Microsoft XPS Document Writer and OneNote 2010 -which isn't configured, just installed-).

The Microsoft XPS Document Writer is not a printer as such when you choose this from any print dialogue it prints to file so that you can send to any Win PC for viewing
